Emotional intelligence is embedded in the DNA of Empathis since the beginning of our kindergarten. It is around her for almost a decade we are building our model of working with children.
The Emotional Intelligence Academy is our original program, which we have been developing and constantly improving over the years based on our experience in daily work with children, the observations of our teachers, and the knowledge of psychologists and therapists.
We teach children to recognize and name emotions, understand their meaning, communicate their needs, and express themselves in a safe, constructive way. We develop self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation, and the ability to build healthy relationships.

Poradis Diagnostic and Therapy Center
At Empathis, children have access to our own team of psychologists, educators and therapists who create Poradis – psychological and pedagogical counseling center cooperating internally with the kindergarten.
Thanks to the daily cooperation of specialists with teachers, we can constantly monitor the child's development, quickly identify his or her needs and - when necessary - deepen them through diagnosis and appropriately selected therapeutic support.
We combine the knowledge of teachers who understand children from everyday situations with the experience of psychologists and therapists. This allows us to look at the child holistically—their emotions, relationships, communication, cognitive, and sensory development.

Developmental programs for children 3-6 years old
We create classes adapted to the age and needs of children: from adaptation and play for 3-year-olds, through the development of creativity and social skills for 4- and 5-year-olds, to preparing 6-year-olds for school. Development through emotions, learning and play!
First steps in kindergarten! We focus on adaptation, building relationships and developing independence. Through play, we support the development of speech, motor skills and emotions, creating a warm and safe environment.
